Professional positions such as Dentist or Hygienist require existing qualifications and registration with the General Dental Council (GDC).

The practice also employs dental nurses and receptionists. Although experience and training is preferable in these positions, these posts can be filled with little or no previous experience. Training and support is provided in the practice, with nurses registering on an evening course to work towards the necessary qualifications required to register with the General Dental Council and on to further qualifications
