Russell Gidney BDS (Cardiff):- Practice Principal
Russell was born in Aldershot in Hampshire, but lived in Guernsey from the age of three. He came back to mainland UK to study dentistry in the University of Wales, College of Medicine, Cardiff, where he qualified in 2002.
Russell took a vocational training post in The Bridges Dental Surgery in Caldicot for his first year. He enjoyed the area and the people so much he decided to stay on and take an associate position in the practice, working for a total of four and a half years in Caldicot.
In 2006 Russell became involved in the setup up Beaufort Park Dental Surgery, and relished the opportunity to design and set up a new practice. He started work in Chepstow when the practice opened in February 2007 and now owns the practice
Enjoying all aspects of dentistry, Russell is particularly interested in minor surgical procedures and treating anxious patients, currently looking to incorporate his recent hypnosis and relaxation training into his routine practice. He also enjoys aesthetic dentistry and the challenges and rewards that offers
Jessica Forster BDS (Cardiff):- Dentist
Jess started with the practice in August 2008 and will take over care for Alex Wallace's list of patients. She has worked in Caldicot for the last year completing her Vocational Training year, where she has been loved by patients and staff a like.
Jess is currently on maternity leave...watch this space. We wish her well with the new baby
Ana Nallamilli
Ana is the newest dentist to start with the practice. Ana qualified in 2000 and has completed several years in specialist hospital departments before completing her vocational training in Pontypridd in 2009.
Ana started with the practice in August 2009 to enable the practice to continue to register new patients and better service the community. The skills and experience she brings to the practice complements and enhances those already on offer
Gemma Rosser:- Dental Therapist

Dental Therapists provide full care of teeth and gums, offering cleaning, routine fillings and total care for deciduous teeth. You may be referred to our therapist, by your dentist for some or all of your treatment.

Gemma qualified in Cardiff in 2007 with Honours she started work in the practice in January 2008 on the In-To-Practice scheme and is now a popular permanent addition to the team
Melissa Davies:- Dental Hygienist

Dental Hygienists work alongside the dentists to help maintain and improve the condition of your gums and teeth.
As well as helping you understand how your homecare routine will prolong the life of your teeth and treating periodontal disease, hygienists can improve your smile by reducing staining.

Melissa started with the practice in September 2008, replacing our previous hygienist, Sue Roberts, when she left the practice. She has many years experience working in the local area, and we are pleased to add her to our dental team
